Worcester Bosch was founded in 1962 by Cecil Duckworth after completing his National Service and was originally called ‘Worcester Engineering’.

The business grew steadily and in the 70s it pioneered the introduction of the combination boiler onto the market.

In 1992 the Bosch Group took the opportunity to acquire and build on the success of this growing company, which is now commonly known as ‘Worcester’.

Worcester has benefited from the expertise, quality principles and continued investment of the Bosch organisation that has built on the existing strengths of a responsive, traditional and growing company and is responding to the demands of the high efficiency appliance in line with the Government’s policy on climate change reduction and fuel poverty.

With an extensive range of energy efficient products as well as a serious commitment to sustainable energy resources, Worcester aims to be number one in the market for heating and hot water comfort.

Worcester is highly respected and has earned its well deserved reputation in the market by responding rapidly to new challenges and providing the right product range and services to customers at the right time to meet their ever-changing needs.
